Tampon Timer is simple and effective at reminding you to change your tampon, menstrual cup or pad!
Simply start the app, start the timer, and receive an alert when it’s time for a change!
Settings allow you to select the timer duration, notification sound and message that pops up!
Tampon Timer also keeps track of the number of sessions per day so that you are informed when your doctor asks you for such details!
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends the following tips to help avoid tampon problems:
•Follow package directions for insertion.
•Choose the lowest absorbency for your flow.
•Change your tampon at least every 4 to 8 hours.
•Consider switching between pads and tampons.
•Know the warning signs of TSS (see below).
•Dont use tampons between periods.
If you have any of these symptoms of TSS while using tampons, take the tampon out, and contact your doctor right away:
•Sudden high fever (over 102 degrees)
•Muscle aches
•Diarrhea
•Vomiting
•Dizziness and/or fainting
•Sunburn-like rash
•Sore throat
•Bloodshot eyes

Is a great idea but only works if you leave the app open and as main page. It would seem to work for about 30 mins then everytime I would check on it, it had always reset. If they fix the issues i might use again.
Literally a timer that keeps track of history. Ive been wanting an app like this forever... But Id like to see an option added to email you the alert, not just an in app alert. That would be huge! Absolutely love the I period app! Recommend that one big time... This one needs more features for $2...
I think this app is a great idea but it needs a few things like the option to enter whether it is a cup, tampon or pad and maybe what absorbency they are. Also how full they are.
App will only work if left open. If you close out of it even by accident the timer resets.
It is a great idea so we dont forget to change it! However, it wont allow me to change the timer from 4 hours to another time. The option is given to change but wont save. Ive tried changing it to 6 hours and it just wont allow it. Hope theres a fix soon
